DIVANI (Favored of OBROTH): The Divani of Obroth were born to fight, born to wage war, and born to win. Obroth is famous for having never lost a battle or conflict, even when playing Chess, his favorite game and those of his blood care about nothing other than victory. Obroth Divani have steel grey eyes with the 'thousand yard stare' of a military veteran.
+2 STR, -2 CHA (Obroth divani are militaristic in viewpoint and build, preferring not to waste time with simple pleasantries.)
Unburdened (Su): Divani of Obroth is never slowed by any armor he wears even if the armor normally reduces speed. 
Weaponmaster (Ex): An Obroth Divani is a master of weaponry. He automatically has proficiency with all simple and martial weapons even if his class prohibits them. 
Weapon Focused: Free Weapon Focus Feat. A Divani of Obroth picks one weapon, thereafter he gains a +1 to hit and damage with his chosen weapon type.
War College: a Divani of Obroth adds Craft (Weaponsmith, Armorer, and Bowyer), Knowledge (History, Nobility, and Religion), and Profession (Gambler and Soldier) to his Class skills. 
Resourceful: An Obroth Divani adds +4 Skill Points at 1st level and he add +1 Skill Point per level to his normal allotments thereafter.
Inspiring Leadership: Obroth Divani are natural leaders and their command is sure and steady. They automatically gain the leadership at 6th Level. When factoring Leadership Scores act as if their CHA score is 2 points higher.
Dauntless: If the Obroth Commander spends 1 round before combat rallying the troops with a speech they grant a +1 Morale Bonus to Hit in combat and +1 Saves versus Fear for any PCs or Followers they command in that fight (this includes PCs). They can command any PCs as well as any Followers from their Leadership Feat. This morale bonus lasts CHA Mod Number of Rounds +3.
Native Outsider: The blood of Obroth makes the Divani no longer human.
 You have all the common powers and weaknesses of a Native Outsider.
+1 ECL
