WATER (The MIZUTAMARI): Adaptable and Resourceful, the Water Kai Lin are wise and often look at all sides of an issue before making a judgement. They prefer their long flowing green or blue hair slicked back often as long as their waists. They have eyes that range from coral blue to sea green and their skin is foam white. They often have swirling green tattoos. They are flexible both in body and in their minds and have a depth in their souls that makes them hard to defeat even when they are down and out.

ABILITIES:
SIZE (Medium): As Medium creatures, Kai Lin have no special bonuses or penalties due to their size.
MOVEMENT: water Kai Lin base land speed is 30 feet.
ELEMENTAL SUBTYPE (Water): They also qualify as water creatures when exposed to magic and abilities.
WATER POWERS: As a racial ability, they gain access to the Water Domain as they grow in level as a Cleric of equal level. This extremely powerful and useful ability is native to all Water Kai Lin regardless of Character Class. This includes the granted powers.
AUTOMATIC LANGUAGES: Kajimaran and Bandglan. Bonus Languages: Common, Auquan, Auran, Ignan, and Terran.
FAVORED CLASS: Shukenja A multiclassWater Kai Lin' Shukenja class does not count when determining whether he takes an experience point penalty for multiclassing.

Granted Power: Waterbreathing. The Misutamari can breath in fresh or saltwater without effort. This ability gives no extra abilities to swim, resist liquid, or gas attacks.

3) Primal Form* (Spell Compendium): Gain elemental attributes.
4) Control Water: Raises or lowers bodies of water.
5) Airy Water (Stormwrack): water becomes breathable in radius.
6) Blackwater Taint (Stormwrack): 1d6/2 levels necromantic damage, level drain.
7) Elemental Body* (Spell Compendium): Your body gains elemental attributes.
8) Horrid Wilting: Deals 1d6/level damage within 30 ft.
9) Elemental Swarm*: Summons multiple water elementals.
